A good manual or electric breast pump that will help you express your own milk, which you will pour into a bottle from time to time to offer it to your baby. This step is necessary to have a good supply of milk and to achieve this, regular stimulation is important, either by the baby itself or by the breast pump, for at least two weeks before returning to the office, simulating the schedule you will have in the office. job.

Once you sit up, get up a little earlier to feed your baby before you go to work. Thus, you will leave more calm, knowing that you have satisfied and fed your baby.
